工件在加工过程中,经焊接、铸造或锻造后,不同程度地存在内应力,严重影响加工精度及产品的使用寿命,因而都要采用一定的手段进行处理,以期降低或消除应力。目前用于消除残余应力的手段有:热处理和时效处理、振动处理。振动处理具有设备简单、处理时间短、节省能源、对稳定工件尺寸和消除残余应力作用显著的特点,与热处理相比,可节约90%的时间和成本。
Workpieces in the process of welding, casting or forging, there are varying degrees of internal stress, seriously affecting the processing accuracy and product life, which must be used to deal with certain means in order to reduce or eliminate stress. Currently used to eliminate residual stress means: heat treatment and aging treatment, vibration treatment. Vibration treatment has the characteristics of simple equipment, short processing time, energy saving, remarkable function of stabilizing the size of the workpiece and eliminating residual stress, and can save 90% of the time and cost compared with the heat treatment.
