微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是一类内源性非编码小RNA分子,主要通过抑制其靶基因而起到调控作用,在人体发育、细胞增殖、凋亡、激素分泌及肿瘤发生等多种生理和病理过程中发挥着重要作用。树突状细胞(DC)是目前已知功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,并且不同成熟状态的DC对T细胞免疫有双向调节的作用。DC的成熟过程也受到miRNA的调控。现就近年来关于miRNA参与调节DC成熟相关信号机制的研究进展予以综述。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of endogenous non-coding small RNA molecules that play a regulatory role mainly through the inhibition of their target genes. In the development of human beings, cell proliferation, apoptosis, hormone secretion and tumorigenesis, Pathological process plays an important role. Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most potent antigen-presenting cells known to date, and DCs of different maturation states have a bidirectional regulatory effect on T cell immunity. The maturation of DCs is also regulated by miRNAs. In recent years, on the miRNAs involved in the regulation of DC maturation related signaling mechanisms are reviewed.
