研制了一种微型6针卧式结构的850nm超辐射发光二极管(SLD)模块,该模块采用激光焊接方式实现全金属化耦合封装,通过对模块结构的优化设计,使模块体积缩小为标准8针蝶形封装体积的一半。该模块在100mA工作电流下,尾纤输出功率大于1.5mW,光谱宽度大于20nm,纹波系数小于0.5dB,同时选用高效率微型半导体制冷器(TEC),使其正常工作温度范围和储存温度范围分别达到-50~75℃和-60~100℃。
A miniature 6-pin horizontal structure 850nm superluminescent diode (SLD) module is developed. The module adopts laser welding to realize the all-metal coupling package.
