为增强家校合作的效能,提高家长科学育儿的水平,我们探索形成了家长会、家长志愿者活动、家长学校、开放日活动等多种有效形式。但总结反思这些活动形式,还存在着一些不足,比如形式过于统一(全班、全年级或全校家长集体参与)、内容缺少选择(活动的内容都是学校设计好了的)、过程缺乏互动(家长以被动参与为主)等。为改变这一现状,我们借鉴教师校本研修的经验,将“沙龙”活动这一形式引入家长工作,灵活组建了“爸爸沙龙”“妈妈沙龙”“亲子沙龙”“父母沙龙”“祖辈沙龙”“周末沙
To enhance the effectiveness of home-school cooperation and raise the level of parental care, we have explored various effective forms of parent-teacher association, parent volunteer activity, parent-school education, and open day activities.
