应用科里奥力加速度试验观察32例正常人服用晕复静前后的前庭植物神经反应变化;并用双盲法对131例眩晕患者进行晕复静及密环片治疗眩晕症的疗效观察,结果表明:①晕复静确能延长前庭受刺激的耐受时间,而对血压和脉搏无明显影响;②晕复静和密环片对眩晕均有明显的疗效,前者的总有效率为80.9%,后者的总有效率为71.0%,两者无显著差别。提示晕复静可望成为一种有效的抗眩晕症和治疗运动病新药。
The Coriolis force acceleration test was used to observe the changes of vestibular nerve responses in 32 normal subjects before and after dizzy recovery. The double-blind method was used to treat dizziness in 131 patients with vertigo. : ① Halo complex can indeed prolong the vestibular stimulation of the tolerance time, but no significant effect on blood pressure and pulse; ② halo complex and dense ring tablets have significant effect on dizziness, the former total effective rate was 80.9% The latter’s total effective rate was 71.0%, no significant difference between the two. Prompt halo complex can be expected to be an effective anti-vertigo and treatment of motion sickness new drugs.
