国道111是北京市北部唯一的南北向干线公路,是怀柔北部山区的交通命脉。工程改建路段跨越怀柔境内的3条主要河流,8条大支沟。为避免工程项目与防洪、河道管理等相抵触,减少工程项目对河道行洪和防洪安全的影响,需对国道改建工程进行防洪影响评价。根据桥梁布局和道桥对河道过水断面的影响,采用不同方法推算河道建桥前后的水位、流速及水位壅高值,并分析建桥后其变化情况和壅水影响范围。此计算对河道的防洪安全提供保障条件,并为道桥的合理布局提供了依据。
National Road 111 is the only north-south trunk road in the northern part of Beijing and is the lifeline of the northern Huairou Mountain.
