目的探讨经内窥镜半导体激光治疗声带息肉与小结的效果。　方法使用GaA1As半导体激光治疗器在内窥镜下对 15例患者进行汽化治疗。　结果所有病例均一次治疗成功 ,术后即有不同程度的声嘶改善 ,一周后基本恢复正常 ,一月后发音完全正常 ,声带边缘光滑 ,两侧对称 ,随访 3年无复发。　结论内窥镜下半导体激光手术方法简便 ,治疗效果可靠 ,且损伤小 ,并发症少 ,是治疗声带息肉与小结及其它喉部微小病变的较好手段。 Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic laser diode treatment of vocal cord polyps and nodules. Methods 15 patients underwent endoscopic vaporization with a GaA1As semiconductor laser. Results All the cases were treated successfully at one time. Hysteric improvement was found in all cases. After one week, it returned to normal. After one month, the sounds were completely normal. The edges of the vocal cord were smooth and symmetrical on both sides. No recurrence was observed after 3 years. Conclusion The method of endoscopic laser diode laser is simple, reliable and reliable, with less damage and fewer complications. It is a good method to treat vocal cord polyps and other minor throat diseases.
