螺虫乙酯为新型季酮酸类杀虫杀螨剂,通过抑制脂质合成造成害虫中毒死亡。该药具有高效内吸且双向传导的作用,适用于防治粉虱、蚜虫、蓟马、介壳虫等刺吸式口器害虫。为明确其对烟粉虱的防效,笔者在大棚迷你南瓜田进行了药效试验。试验数据显示,24%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂对烟粉虱有较好防效,药效表现与对照药剂40%啶虫脒水分散粒剂存在一定差异。药后3天,24%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂2000倍液的防效为63.48%,药后7天防效达到82.37%,而40%啶虫脒水分散粒剂3000倍液的最佳防效为78.83%,出现在药后3天,表明24%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂的速效性略差。
