目的:研究灵芪胶囊对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:将S_(180)瘤株接种于小鼠右前肢腋部皮下建立动物模型,并采用ELISA法检测小鼠外周血IL-1和IL-6蛋白含量。结果:灵芪胶囊能明显增加S_(180)荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-1和IL-6蛋白含量,能改善和增强荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。结论:灵芪胶囊对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠有明显抑瘤作用,其作用机制可能是通过改善小鼠免疫功能而实现的。
Objective: To study the anti-tumor effect of Lingqi Capsule on S_ (180) tumor-bearing mice and its possible mechanism. Methods: The S_ (180) tumor strain was inoculated subcutaneously in the axilla of the right forelimb of mice and the content of IL-1 and IL-6 protein in the peripheral blood of mice was detected by ELISA. Results: Lingqi capsule can significantly increase the content of IL-1 and IL-6 in the peripheral blood of S_ (180) mice, which can improve and enhance the immune function in mice with tumor. Conclusion: Lingqi Capsule has obvious anti-tumor effect on S_ (180) tumor-bearing mice, its mechanism may be through improving the immune function of mice.
