本文研究了在45号碳钢基体金属上用线材火焰喷涂枪喷涂纯Mo丝与用等离子喷涂机喷涂纯Mo、Al_2O_3粉末时所形成的涂层结合机理。较系统地作了涂层的拉伸强度试验,探讨了若干影响涂层拉伸强度的因素,并用电子探针、扫描电镜测试仪分析涂层界面上的成分及形貌。
In this paper, the bonding mechanism of the coating formed by spraying pure Mo wire with wire flame spraying gun and spraying pure Mo, Al 2 O 3 powder with plasma spraying machine on 45 # carbon steel base metal was studied. The tensile strength of the coating was systematically investigated. Several factors influencing the tensile strength of the coating were discussed. The composition and morphology of the coating were analyzed by electron probe and SEM.
