作者在小鼠研究应用光四氯水杨酰替苯胺(TCSA)结合的同系脾细胞诱导及转移对光半抗原 TCSA 的接触性光敏(CPS)。试验用8~10周龄雄性 BALB/C 小鼠,每组4只以上。光源为3根20W的黑光灯管,辐射波长320~400nm,峰值365nm。将等体积的脾细胞(SC)悬液(5×10~7个细胞/mlPBS)与含0.20~0.24mM TCSA 的 PBS 混合,取9ml 置60×15mm 塑料盘中,用 UVA 照射30分钟并轻轻摇动。照射光通过一3mm 厚的窗玻璃以去除波长在320nm 以下的光线。照射30分钟,波长365nmUVA 的照射量为3.60J/cm~2。照射后在荧光显微镜下证实 TCSA 与 SC 相结合。用新鲜制备
The authors used mouse photoreceptor cells (TCSA)-conjugated splenic cells to induce and transfer contact photosensitivity (CPS) to the photoperiod TCSA. Eight to ten week old male BALB/c mice were used for the test, with 4 or more per group. The light source is three 20W black light tubes with a radiation wavelength of 320-400 nm and a peak of 365 nm. An equal volume of spleen cell (SC) suspension (5 x 10~7 cells/ml PBS) was mixed with PBS containing 0.20 ~ 0.24 mM TCSA, and 9ml was placed on a 60 x 15mm plastic dish, irradiated with UVA for 30 minutes and lightened Shake gently.
