采用恒流脉冲法研究了混凝土结构中的钢筋在不同Cl~-含量下的腐蚀行为。运用两种数据处理手段分别分析了脉冲响应曲线,计算得到的腐蚀速率值与传统线性极化法进行了对比。结果表明,扰动信号强度的选择强烈依赖于钢筋的腐蚀状况,过低会造成背景噪声干扰,而过高则会引起钢筋强烈极化,两者均不利于后期数据处理。阳极电流换算法能快速有效地分析脉冲信号曲线,但在过大的脉冲电流情况下有其局限性。
Constant current pulse method was used to study the corrosion behavior of steel bars under different Cl ~ - content in concrete structures. The impulse response curves were analyzed respectively by two data processing methods. The calculated corrosion rate values were compared with the traditional linear polarization method. The results show that the choice of disturbance signal intensity strongly depends on the corrosion status of steel bars. Too low will cause interference of background noise, but too high will cause strong polarization of steel bar, both of which are not conducive to the later data processing. Anode current conversion algorithm can quickly and effectively analyze the pulse signal curve, but in the case of excessive pulse current has its limitations.
