今年是部队体制编制调整改革的第二年,军转安置任务仍然很重,军地各级高度重视,采取有力措施,抓好政策落实,确保安置质量,目前已陆续发出分配通知。但从往年的情况看,在转业干部离队报到阶段,往往容易引发一些问题,造成转业干部不离队报到,影响军转安置任务的完成。对此,各级应当引起高度重视。 一是本人不想转业。在部队确定转业对象后,本人就一直没有做好“走”的思想准备。在整个移交安置过程中,都采取不配合的态度,有的甚至根本不与地方有关部门联系,也不参加报名考试。如今年济南市接收的1000余名计划分配的转业干部中,就有42名未参加市里的报名考试。
