The reform of China’s distribution system is an important part of the economic system reform. The establishment of a regular salary promotion system for employees of enterprises has a positive role in promoting the economic environment, rectifying the economic order, and deepening reform in an all-round way. In the past 40 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the wages of the employees of Chinese enterprises have not established a normal promotion system. From the reform of the salary system in 1956 to the reform of the wage system in 1985, during the 30 years, there were only four promotions in 1973, 1972, 770, and 1979.
