目的 在低压舱中模拟不同高度 ,观察兔奥狄氏括约肌动力的变化。 方法 建立兔慢性奥狄氏括约肌测压模型 ,应用低顺应性毛细管水灌注腔内测压系统记录清醒兔奥狄氏括约肌收缩活动。在基础状态 (地面水平 )、模拟升至 30 0 0 m和 5 0 0 0 m高度分别记录奥狄氏括约肌压力30 min。 结果 1在 5 0 0 0 m高度 ,兔奥狄氏括约肌基础压力明显比基础状态时降低 (P<0 .0 1) ;2在 5 0 0 0 m高度 ,兔奥狄氏括约肌时相收缩的频率、振幅和动力指数明显降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,时相收缩的周期时间无明显变化 ;330 0 0 m高度对兔奥狄氏括约肌动力无显著影响。 结论 急性暴露于5 0 0 0 m低压低氧抑制了奥狄氏括约肌的运动功能
Objective To simulate different heights in the low-pressure chamber to observe the dynamic changes of Oddi’s sphincter in rabbits. Methods The chronic obstructive sphincter sphincter model was established in rabbits. The contractile activity of sphincter of Oddi sphincter was recorded by low compliance capillary perfusion intraluminal manometry system. In the basal state (ground level), the simulated rise to 30 000 m and 500 m altitude recorded Oddi sphincter pressure for 30 min. Results 1 At 0 500 m, the basic pressure of the Oddi sphincter in rabbits was significantly lower than that in the basal state (P <0.01). 2 At the 50000 m height, contractile phase of the rabbit Oddi sphincter The frequency, amplitude and dynamic index decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the cycle time of phase contraction did not change significantly. The 330 0 0 m height had no significant effect on the Oddi sphincter muscle motility. Conclusions Acute exposure to hypobaric hypoxia at 500 m suppresses the motor function of the Oddi sphincter
