成年兔10只,麻醉、制动。于低氧前、后30及60分采动脉和混合静脉血,进行血气分析。低氧30及60分时:吸入气至肺泡气的氧运能力与对照相比无明显区别(P>0.05),而肺泡气至动脉血及动脉血至混合静脉血的氧运能力却显著提高(P<0.01)。表明在低氧条件下,由于气体交换系统氧运阻力的降低,使运氧能力明显提高,从而相对降低了海拔高度,无疑对于高原低氧具有十分重要的适应意义。

The results showed that under low oxygen conditions, the oxygen transport resistance of the gas exchange system was reduced, which resulted in a significant increase of oxygen transport capacity and a relative decrease of altitude above sea level, which undoubtedly had a very important adaptive significance to plateau hypoxia.
