针对某型直升机主减速器行星轮系功质比的优化问题,建立含有密度和啮合摩擦因数等不确定性参数的区间多目标优化函数及相应的约束函数,利用改进的区间多目标分层优化方法,得到多目标优化函数的最优结果区间和参数变量,对优化前后主减速器行星轮系的传动性能进行深入比较。根据优化结果设计直升机主减速器行星轮系的传动效率试验方案,试验结果表明:区间多目标优化后主减速器行星轮系质量减少6.2%,传动效率提高2.14%,且效率曲线变化随着载荷的波动更加趋于稳定,说明区间多目标优化方法应用于某型直升机主减速器行星轮系功质比优化方面的有效性。
Aiming at the optimization of mass ratio of planetary gear train of a certain type of helicopter final reducer, an interval multi-objective optimization function and its corresponding constraint function with uncertainty parameters such as density and meshing friction coefficient are established. By using improved interval multi-objective hierarchical optimization Method, the optimal result interval and parameter variables of multi-objective optimization function are obtained, and the transmission performance of planetary gear train with main reducer before and after optimization is compared deeply. According to the optimization results, the transmission efficiency test scheme of the planetary gear train of the final drive of helicopter is designed. The experimental results show that the mass of the planetary gear train of the final drive reduces by 6.2% and the transmission efficiency increases by 2.14%, and the efficiency curve changes with the load Shows that the interval multi-objective optimization method is applied to the optimization of the mass ratio of the planetary gear train of a helicopter final drive.
