采用4向改编销钉预制体工艺,由CVI加HIP-石墨化混合工艺及单纯CVI工艺制作了C/C销钉,并进行了双向剪切强度测试和断面SEM观察。结果表明.预制作纤维体积分数越高,则C/C销钉的剪切强度越高:微观分析说明混合工艺C/C较单纯CVI工艺C/C界面结合强.销钉双向剪切强度高.达到57.86MPa。
C / C dowel was made by CVI plus HIP-graphitization mixing process and simple CVI process. The biaxial shear strength test and cross-section SEM observation were carried out. The results show. The higher the pre-fabricated fiber volume fraction, the higher the shear strength of the C / C dowel: the microscopic analysis shows that the C / C ratio of the hybrid C / C process is stronger than the C / C interface of the CVI process alone. Two-way pin shear strength high. Reached 57.86MPa.
