清华大学与河南电力局合作开发了±20Mvar静止同步补偿装置的智能化报警处理与故障诊断系统。该系统充分利用监测数据,采取智能技术实现了报警信息的自动处理和装置故障后的故障定性与定位,从而保证了装置本身和电力系统的安全运行,并为故障后的快速恢复奠定基础。文中对其设计实现思想和实现技术做了说明。现场测试表明,它对提高装置运行性能和可靠性具有重要的作用。
Tsinghua University and Henan Electric Power Bureau jointly developed ± 20Mvar static synchronous compensation device intelligent alarm processing and fault diagnosis system. The system makes full use of the monitoring data and adopts intelligent technology to realize the automatic processing of alarm information and the fault characterization and positioning after the device failure so as to ensure the safe operation of the device itself and the power system and lay a foundation for the rapid recovery after the fault. The paper describes the design and implementation of technology and technology. Field tests show that it plays an important role in improving plant performance and reliability.
