本文针对柴油机采用混合燃料法掺烧甲醇时遇到的困难,借助流体力学理论研制开发出一种小型流体混合器。将其合理布置于柴油机的燃料系统中,能使架油和甲醇形成均匀细化的混合燃料。经输油泵的机械作用后,制得均匀的乳化燃料。对混合器的工作原理、输油泵的机械乳化作用、回油和掺烧比的控制等问题进行了详细的阐述。发动机燃用甲醇掺烧比不大于20%的乳化燃料时,运转平稳、功率和排气温度正常。在高负荷下,发动机热效率有一定的提高。对实验结果进行了必要的分析。这项研究为柴油机燃用甲醇燃料探索了一种新的掺烧方式。
In this paper, aiming at the difficulty of diesel mixed with methanol when blending with methanol, a small fluid mixer was developed based on the theory of fluid mechanics.
