为探索重庆地区紫苏规范化栽培技术中不同生长调节剂对紫苏的影响,该实验以重庆地区紫苏为资源材料,研究了不同体积质量分数NAA、IBA和吡效隆等3种植物生长调节剂和营养元素在花期混配外施后对紫苏籽粒径、千粒质量、含油率、产量、叶挥发油含量及脂肪酸组分等方面的影响,旨在为紫苏资源材料的选育提供依据.实验结果表明:该实验设计范围内不同体积质量分数NAA、IBA和吡效隆对紫苏籽千粒质量、含油率、叶挥发油含量、紫苏籽脂肪酸组分及产量均有显著影响,而对紫苏籽的粒径大小无显著影响;其中0.8mg/L吡效隆处理使紫苏籽千粒质量和含油率显著增加;0.4 mg/L IBA处理可使紫苏籽含油量显著增加,0.6 mg/L吡效隆、0.2mg/L NAA、0.4mg/L NAA和0.6mg/L IBA处理均可显著提高紫苏籽的单株产量;不同体积质量分数NAA、IBA和吡效隆处理均可显著提高紫苏籽α-亚麻酸含量.
