从高职教育的外部关键利益相关者毕业生的视角,基于某高职院校2014届毕业生的调查显示,毕业生对高职人才培养质量总体评价满意度较高,但仍需全面提高教学、学生管理与生活服务水平;学业对就业现状满意度、工作与专业相关度均产生了积极影响,但学业优良组学生对母校的教学满意度低于学业不良组。
From the perspective of external key stakeholders in higher vocational education, based on the survey of 2014 graduates of a vocational college, the graduates are more satisfied with the overall evaluation of the quality of higher vocational education, but still need to improve teaching , The level of student management and living services; the academic status of job satisfaction, job and professional relevance have had a positive impact, but the academic excellence group’s teaching satisfaction with the alma mater than the dysfunctional group.
