采用硅氢加成的方法,以四甲基二硅氧烷及烯丙基缩水甘油醚为原料,氯铂酸-异丙醇为催化剂,合成双端含环氧基的1,3-二缩水甘油醚氧基丙基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,再以其为封端剂,八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_4)及3-缩水甘油丙基(二甲氧基)甲基硅烷为原料,四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂,采用本体聚合法合成三端含环氧基的环氧改性硅油,用改性硅油制备了硅油乳液。研究结果表明,所制备硅油乳液在纤维表面形成较好的保护层,改善了纤维表面的缺陷。
