目的研究新生儿科空气净化层流病房投入使用后的微生物监控情况。方法系统回顾本院新生儿科空气净化层流病房投入使用前后病房空气、物体表面、医护人员手的细菌菌落总数及合格率资料。结果新生儿层流病房使用前空气细菌菌落总数监测的合格率为93.99%,使用后为97.74%,使用前后空气细菌菌落总数比较差异有统计学意义;而物体表面及医护人员手的细菌菌落总数及合格率比较差别无统计学意义。结论层流病房能起到清除细菌的作用,值得临床推广应用;同时还应加强消毒灭菌及护理管理。
Objective To study the monitoring of microorganisms after the air purification ward of neonatology was put into use. Methods The data of bacterial colonies and pass rate of hand air, object air and medical staff before and after air purification ward of neonatal department were put into operation were systematically reviewed. Results The prevalence of airborne bacterial colonies in neonatal laminar flow ward before use was 93.99% and 97.74% after use. The total number of airborne bacterial colonies before and after use was significantly different, while the total number of bacterial colonies And the passing rate is not statistically significant difference. Conclusion The laminar flow ward can play a role of bacteria removal, which is worthy of clinical application. At the same time, disinfection and sterilization and nursing management should be strengthened.
