观察110具成人尸头标本蝶窦气化类型及蝶窦同毗邻结构的关系,根据左右两侧蝶窦气化程度是否相同将蝶窦分为二类,发现相同类蝶窦占41.8%,不同类蝶窦占58.2%,相同类蝶窦进一步再分为6型,而不同类蝶窦则根据两侧蝶窦气化程度的组合分为15型。文中分析了此种分型法在蝶窦及蝶鞍区手术时的意义,以及蝶窦的气化类型同毗邻结构间的解剖变异关系。
Observe the relationship between gasification type of sphenoid sinus and adjacent structures of sphenoid sinus in 110 adult cadaver specimens. According to whether the degree of gasification of sphenoid sinuses is the same or not, we divided the sphenoid sinus into two groups and found that the same type of sphenoid sinus accounted for 41.8% , Different types of sphenoid sinus accounted for 58.2%, the same type of sphenoid sinus is further divided into 6 types, and different types of sphenoid sinus is divided into 15 types according to the combination of both sides of the sphenoid sinus gasification degree. This article analyzes the significance of this classification method in the operation of the sphenoid sinus and sella region, as well as the relationship between the gasification type of sphenoid sinus and the anatomical variation between adjacent structures.
