目的探索制作涤纶膜外套式镍钛合金室间隔缺损(ventricular septal defect,VSD)封堵器的方法。方法按照市售常规镍钛合金VSD封堵器稍微牵拉的形状制作蜡模型,使用医用4-0缝合线在固定于编网机上的蜡模型上进行经编,制作成蜡模-涤纶膜复合体,然后脱蜡和脱脂,制成纯涤纶膜外套。将市售镍钛合金VSD封堵器置入涤纶膜外套内,膜外套两端缝合在铆钉上,多余部分用高温刀切割。结果使用编网机可以成功编织出涤纶膜外套,其主要参数为腰部直径8mm,两端盘片直径12mm,并且能和直径8mm市售镍钛合金VSD封堵器腰部和盘片完全匹配。应用缝合的方法,可以将涤纶膜外套与VSD封堵器紧密地缝合在一起。高温刀切割使两端多余涤纶线平齐、凝固,无散丝、脱线。结论使用涤纶线经编的方法可以编织与镍铁合金VSD封堵器相匹配的涤纶膜外套,通过缝制和热切割等工艺,可以成功制作出涤纶膜外套式镍钛合金VSD封堵器。
Objective To explore a method for making a occlusive device of polyester film jacket nickel-titanium alloy ventricular septal defect (VSD). Methods The wax model was made according to the shape of a conventional Nitinol VSD occluder. The model was warp knitted on the wax model fixed on the netting machine using the medical 4-0 suture to make the wax model - polyester film composite Body, and then dewaxing and degreasing, made of pure polyester film jacket. The commercially available nitinol VSD occluder into the polyester film jacket, both ends of the film jacket stitched on the rivets, the excess part of the knife with a high temperature cutting. Results The netting machine was used to successfully weave polyester film jackets whose main parameters are a waist diameter of 8 mm and a diameter of 12 mm at both ends of the disk, and is perfectly matched to the waist and the disk of a commercially available NiTi alloy VSD occluder of 8 mm in diameter. Application of suture method, the polyester film jacket and VSD occluder closely together. High-temperature knife cutting so that both ends of the extra-flush polyester lines, solidification, no bulk, off-line. Conclusion Polyester film jacket matched with Ni-Fe alloy VSD occluder can be braided by the warp knitting method of polyester thread. The polyester-nickel-titanium alloy VSD occluder can be fabricated successfully by means of sewing and thermal cutting.
