本项研究针对三峡工程移民安置宏观决策的需要,提出并实践了以遥感数据计算机地被监督分类图为基础,配合实地调查和其它资料编制十万分之一土地资源评价图。经对图上各类土地面积量测和各类农田增产潜力试验,测算出现有耕地、宜农地、柑桔园和宜牧地食物产品的产出能力,进而求出不同时期和不同条件下库区土地所能供养的人口数量,是一项具有创造性和实用性的研究成果。其主要创新点如下: 1.以遥感数据地被监督分类图为资源制图基础。其最小分辨单位等于实地50m×50m,每块遥感图象分出20~24个地被类型。大类型(指水田、旱地、灌草地、裸地、城镇、水体)划分精度达84%,界线精度达90%。
In this study, according to the need of the macroeconomic decision-making for resettlement of the Three Gorges Project, the paper proposed and implemented a map of land resources evaluation based on the supervised classification map of remote sensing data and field surveys and other data. After the various types of land on the map measurement and all kinds of farm production potential test, the estimated output of cultivated land, suitable for agricultural land, citrus orchards and Yi Mudi food products output capacity, and then find different periods and under different conditions The population of the land in the reservoir area is a creative and practical research result. Its main innovations are as follows: 1. Remote sensing data to be supervised classification map for resource mapping. The minimum resolution unit is equal to the field 50m × 50m, each remote sensing image points out 20 to 24 ground type. Large types (paddy field, dry land, shrub and grassland, bare land, towns, water) classification accuracy of 84%, borderline accuracy of 90%.
