连续油管过油管开窗侧钻技术包括水泥塞开窗侧钻技术、水泥环内置造斜器开窗侧钻技术和过油管造斜器开窗侧钻技术。三种技术的主要差别在于开窗和出老井眼的导向方式上。水泥塞开窗侧钻通过在水泥塞上钻先导井眼实现;水泥环内置造斜器开窗侧钻通过造斜器导向,造斜器固定在水泥塞内;过油管造斜器开窗侧钻也是通过造斜器导向,但造斜器通过锚定器固定在套管上。目前,水泥塞开窗侧钻技术比较成熟,应用广泛,是三种技术中最可靠、经济的一种。通过引进部分关键部件,我国完全有能力研制连续油管钻井系统。建议组织联合研究,早日开展先导试验。
