为了促进红掌组培苗的生根,利用不同的生长激素,对红掌组培苗高效生根的生长激素 IAA、NAA 和IBA 进行了研究。结果表明:对红掌不定芽平均生根数量和平均生根率影响较大的生长激素为 NAA。对红掌不定芽的平均根系长度影响大的为 IBA。IAA 对红掌生根,生根迟,根系少,而且根系生长慢;利用 NAA 可有效促进红掌生根,生根早、数量多且根较粗壮,根毛多,有利于出瓶移栽;IBA 可有效促进根系伸长,但根毛少。
In order to promote the rooting of tissue culture seedlings of Anthurium andraeanum, the growth hormone IAA, NAA and IBA, which are efficiently rooted in tissue culture seedlings of Anthurium andraeanum, were studied by using different growth hormones. The results showed that: NAA was the most important growth hormone for the average rooting number and average rooting rate of adventitious buds. The average root length of adventitious shoots of Anthurium is greatly affected by IBA. IAA could promote the root growth of Anthurium andraeanum, but the root system was short and the root system grew slowly. NAA could promote the root growth of Anthurium andraeanum, and early rooting, more root volume and more root hair were beneficial to the transplanting; Root elongation, but less root hair.
