核电项目中设计改进的管理是设计管理的重点和难点。设计改进是以参考项目的设计及设计改进为基础,并收集整理需要在本项目中实施的重要及一般设计改进,进行分析论证,最后将可行的设计改进落实到设计文件中。根据设计改进的流程,制定有效地管理程序,指导设计改进工作有序开展,是核电工程设计改进以及整个项目设计顺利开展的有力保障。
Designing improved management in nuclear power projects is the key and difficult point of design management.
