螯合滴定法分析铸铝合金中的锌,由于大量铝的干扰,通常要进行锌与铝的分离。本文利用铝和锌为两性金属,均能溶解于强碱溶液中的特点,将试样用氢氧化钠和硫酸肼溶解成溶液,加入掩蔽剂和铝阻溶剂后,可消除铝及其它元素的干扰,在PH为10±0.5的碱性溶液中,以铬黑T作指示剂,EDTA标准溶液为螯合剂,直接滴定锌。方法简便、快速、准确,可测定含锌量4%以上的铝合金。
