文章采用白松、桦木、青冈木与五合板为原料,制成木材陶瓷.对其各自的性能特征和形成机理进行了较系统的研究,证明了原木(如桦木)制备木材陶瓷的可行性.同时揭示了酚醛树脂在木材陶瓷中的双向作用,即:树脂对木材不同程度的固定与填充,使木材陶瓷的缺陷和表观、内部气孔率产生波动,导致强度、硬度的相应变化,并影响密度、电阻率等性能.
The article uses white pine, birch, glauca wood and plywood as raw material, made of wood ceramics. A systematic study of their respective performance characteristics and formation mechanism has proved the feasibility of wood (eg birch) preparation of wood ceramics. At the same time, the two-way effect of phenolic resin in wood ceramics is revealed. That is, the resin fixes and fills the wood to varying degrees, causing the defects and apparent and internal porosity of the wood ceramic to fluctuate, resulting in corresponding changes in strength and hardness and affecting Density, resistivity and other properties.
