针对煤矿井下环境恶劣、干扰严重等情况,提出了一种基于西门子PLC的煤矿井下自动化监控系统设计方案。系统由传感器、执行器、监控分站、通信网络、井上主机等组成。监控分站采用西门子S7-300 PLC,主机与监控分站通过工业以太网进行通信。主机监控软件采用WinCC7.0开发。基于该方案所开发的多个系统已在煤矿应用,具有功能强大、可靠性高、安装维护方便等优点,取得了良好的效果,具有很高的推广价值。
