人的很多行为都受到环境潜移默化的影响,人在与环境交互作用的过程中,追求着一种动态的平衡。当人与环境达到相对和谐的平衡状态时,人的身心就会体现出健康的状态;当这种平衡被破坏时,环境与人都会受到伤害。随着近年来城市化进程的加快、自然生态环境的破坏、电子产品的泛滥,现代人沉浸在喧嚣的都市生活中,离大自然越来越远了,却没有意识到由此带来的一系列身心健康隐患。本文从认知心理学视角分析了环境与人身心交互的过程,指出自然环境对人身心健康的重要作用。
Many human activities are influenced by the subtle influence of the environment. In the process of interaction with the environment, people are pursuing a dynamic balance. When the people and the environment reach a relatively harmonious balance, the physical and mental health of the person will be reflected. When the balance is destroyed, the environment and people will be harmed. With the acceleration of urbanization in recent years, the destruction of natural ecological environment and the proliferation of electronic products, modern people are immersed in the bustle of urban life and farther and farther away from nature without realizing that the resulting one Series of physical and mental health risks. From the perspective of cognitive psychology, this article analyzes the process of the interaction between the environment and the body and mind, and points out the important role of the natural environment in the physical and mental health.
