研究了两种W-Ni-Fe合金在室温下纵向轧制和横向轧制的组织、显微硬度、织构及断裂特性。合金是由粉末压坏经液相烧结方法制备的。用专门的方法在拉伸试样侧面刻上显微线条,用来研究拉伸过程中材料的流动特性。轧制时的真实变形为1.42~1.75。上述两类合金都是均匀变形,在钨-钨及钨-粘结剂界面上没有观察到切变。合金的硬化都遵循抛物线规律。这可能与可动位错和位错群(forest dislocation)之间的长程交互作用有关。
The microstructure, microhardness, texture and fracture properties of two kinds of W-Ni-Fe alloys at longitudinal and transverse rolling were studied. The alloy was prepared by powder crushing liquid-phase sintering method. A special method was used to inscribe microscopic lines on the side of the tensile specimen to study the flow characteristics of the material during the drawing process. The actual deformation during rolling is 1.42 ~ 1.75. Both types of alloys were uniformly deformed and no shear was observed at the tungsten-tungsten and tungsten-binder interfaces. Alloy hardening follow the parabolic law. This may be related to long-range interactions between mobile dislocations and forest dislocation.
