目的 观察水芹酸碱提取物 (简称水芹提取物 ,QT)对四氯化碳 (CCl4 )致小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护和退黄降酶作用。方法 应用CCl4 致动物化学性肝损伤模型 ,以组织肝功能、肝病理改变为判断指标 ,对QT的保肝作用和退黄降酶的效果进行研究。结果 肝功能检测结果表明 ,QT 5 0 0mg·kg-1能显著降低CCl4 化学性肝损伤小鼠血清中的谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)及总胆红素 (BITIL)的含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。肝组织切片镜检证实 ,QT能减轻中毒小鼠肝细胞损伤。结论 水芹酸碱提取物对化学性肝损伤小鼠有较好的保肝和退黄降酶作用
Objective To observe the protective and anti-yellow and enzymatic effects of acid-alkali extracts of waterseed (watercress extract, QT) on carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced chemical liver injury in mice. Methods The animal model of chemical liver injury induced by CCl4 was used to determine the hepatic function and pathological changes of liver. The effect of QT on liver protection and the effect of anti-yellow-reducing enzyme were studied. Results The results of liver function tests showed that QT 500 mg·kg-1 could significantly reduce the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (BITIL) levels in mice with chemical liver injury induced by CCl4. (P <0. 0 5). Microscopic examination of liver tissue confirmed that QT can reduce liver cell damage in poisoned mice. Conclusion The acid-alkali extract of watercress has a good effect on hepatoprotection, jaundice and down-enzyme in mice with chemical liver injury.
