目的观察超声乳化术后早期使用重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液(EGF)对泪膜的影响。方法 94例94眼施行白内障超声乳化吸出术联合人工晶体植入术患者,随机分成两组,每组各47例。A组术后仅用典必殊眼液,B组术后联合使用EGF,分别于术前及术后1 d、7 d、14 d、30 d,分别进行角膜染色评分(CFS)、泪膜破裂试验(BUT)和泪液分泌量试验(SIt)。结果术后1 d,A、B两组BUT时间较术前缩短,泪液分泌量增多,角膜染色评分增加,但两组间差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。术后7 d、14 d、30 d,B组BUT时间均长于A组,角膜染色评分少于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),但两组泪液分泌量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 白内障超声乳化吸出术联合人工晶体植入术后早期使用EGF滴眼液,可以加速角膜上皮的修复,从而促进泪膜稳定性。
Objective To observe the effect of early use of recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops (EGF) on tear film after phacoemulsification. Methods Ninety-four patients (94 eyes) underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were randomly divided into two groups (47 in each group). Group A was treated with only special eye drops, group B was treated with EGF, and corneal staining score (CFS), tear film Burst test (BUT) and tear secretion test (SIt). Results On the first day after operation, the BUT time in A and B groups shortened, the amount of tear fluid increased and the corneal staining score increased. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The BUT time of group B at 7 d, 14 d and 30 d after operation was longer than that of group A, and corneal staining score was less than that of group A (all P <0.05). However, there was no statistical difference between the two groups Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions Cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation early use of EGF eye drops can accelerate the repair of corneal epithelium and thus promote tear film stability.
