目的:观察金氏痔痛贴(Jin’s Hemorrhoid Patch,JHP)的止血、镇痛作用。方法:采用断尾法测定出血时间,玻片法测定凝血时间;测定大鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及血小板聚集功能。通过热板法及化学刺激法观察各组小鼠的镇痛作用;采用双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)检测降钙素基因相关肽(Cal-citon in gene-related peptide,CGRP)水平变化。结果:金氏痔痛贴能明显缩短大鼠的出血时间和凝血时间,且与云南白药相比,差异有显著性意义;金氏痔痛贴能明显缩短大鼠的PT和APTT,并能增强大鼠的血小板聚集功能;该药对热传导及化学刺激引起的拟痛反应有明显的镇痛作用;该药对大鼠血浆CGRP水平有显著升高作用。结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:金氏痔痛贴具有良好的止血、镇痛功效。
Objective: To observe the hemostatic and analgesic effects of Jin’s Hemorrhoid Patch (JHP). Methods: The hemorrhage time was measured by the tail-end method. The clotting time was determined by the glass slide method. The prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and platelet aggregation were determined. The analgesic effect of each group of mice was observed by hot plate method and chemical stimulation method. The level of CGRP was detected by double antibody sandwich method (ELISA). Results: King’s hemorrhoids pain paste can significantly reduce the bleeding time and clotting time in rats, and compared with Yunnan Baiyao, the difference was significant; King’s Hemorrhoid pain paste can significantly reduce rat PT and APTT, and can enhance Rat platelet aggregation function; the drug on heat conduction and chemical stimulation caused by pain-induced analgesic significant analgesic effect; the drug on rat plasma CGRP levels were significantly increased. The results were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Kim hemorrhoids pain paste has a good hemostatic, analgesic effect.
