介入医疗用聚醚嵌段酰胺-硫酸钡共混改性研究

考察了硫酸钡对聚醚嵌段酰胺形态结构和力学性能的影响,用不同比例的硫酸钡分别与聚醚嵌段酰胺混合得到复合材料,对其进行扫描电镜分析、力学性能检测及显影效果分析,结果表明:硫酸钡可均匀分散在聚醚嵌段酰胺中,两相的相容性很好;随着硫酸钡含量的提高,复合材料延伸率降低、抗拉强度增强,复合材料的显影性能逐渐提高。 The effects of barium sulfate on the morphology and mechanical properties of polyether block amide were investigated. The composite materials were obtained by mixing different proportions of barium sulfate with polyether block amide respectively. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), mechanical property test and development effect analysis The results show that barium sulfate can be uniformly dispersed in the polyether block amide, and the compatibility of the two phases is very good. With the increase of the content of barium sulfate, the elongation of the composite decreases, the tensile strength increases, and the development performance of the composite Gradually increase.
