目的:探究个性化健康教育在妇产科护理工作中的应用价值。方法:从医院妇产科在2015年8月~2016年8月收治的产妇中,随机选取118例作为研究对象,并采用随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组,每组各59例。给予对照组产妇常规护理,观察组产妇则在对照组产妇的基础上加用个性化健康教育,观察并比较两组产妇的生活质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组产妇的生活质量评分及护理满意度分别为(96.17±2.12)分及94.92%,明显高于对照组产妇的(81.78±3.43)分及83.05%(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科护理工作中应用个性化健康教育,可以有效提高产妇的生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the value of personalized health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: From the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital from August 2015 to August 2016, 118 cases were randomly selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 59 cases in each group . The control group of mothers routine care, the observation group of mothers in the control group of mothers plus personalized health education, observation and comparison of the two groups of women’s quality of life and nursing satisfaction. Results: The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were (96.17 ± 2.12) and 94.92% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (81.78 ± 3.43) and 83.05% (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of personalized health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of pregnant women and nursing satisfaction.
