在严格的分析质量保证措施下,测定了北京市区240名(男、女各半)中学教师血中铅、镉和26名市民肾皮质中镉准确、可信的浓度水平。中学教师血镉的浓度范围、几何均值和95%上限值分别为<0.2~4.7,0.9和3.05微克/升;血铅的浓度范围、几何均值和95%上限值分别为26~128,64和111微克/升。无职业接触者肾皮质镉的几何均值是13.0微克/克。讨论了性别、吸烟、饮酒、燃料种类以及年龄与血铅、血镉含量的关系,提出了反映镉暴露变化的肾镉/ 血镉比值,并探讨和估测了北京市近期和过去铅镉的暴露水平。
Under stringent quality assurance measures, the concentrations of cadmium in cadmium and 26 cadmium in the blood of 240 middle school teachers in Beijing were determined accurately and plausibly.
