目的 探索端粒酶活性与肺癌发生发展的关系。方法 采用TRAP -PCR -ELISA定量及银染定性法 ,对 30例肺手术标本进行端粒酶活性的分析。结果 2 4例肺癌组织端粒酶水平明显高于良性病变组织。端粒酶在肺癌组织中的阳性检出率为 75%。肺鳞癌端粒酶活性水平明显高于腺癌。随肿瘤范围的扩大以及手术分期越晚的患者 ,其端粒酶阳性率有相对增加趋势 ,但差异无显著性。结论 端粒酶激活与肺癌的发生发展有密切关系。
Objective To explore the relationship between the telomerase activity and the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Methods TRAP-PCR-ELISA and silver staining were used to analyze telomerase activity in 30 lung specimens. Results The levels of telomerase in 24 lung cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in benign lesions. The positive detection rate of telomerase in lung cancer was 75%. Lung squamous cell carcinoma telomerase activity was significantly higher than adenocarcinoma. With the expansion of the tumor range and the later stage of surgery, the telomerase positive rate has a relative increase trend, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion The activation of telomerase is closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
