对胡桃楸、水曲柳、黄波罗、紫椴和白桦的光合特性进行研究的结果表明,随着幼叶成长和叶绿素含量的增加,各树种光合能力与硝酸还原酶活力也增加;晴天,白桦与水曲柳光合曲线呈双峰,其余3树种则呈单峰.阴雨数日转晴后,白桦与水曲柳光合曲线呈单岭,其余3树种呈双峰.阴天5个树种光合曲线均与光强曲线相似.通过实验证明,在幼叶成长过程中硝酸还原酶活力与光合速率呈正相关;各树种的光合速率除受主要因子光的影响外,空气相对湿度成为光能利用的限制因子.
The results of photosynthetic characteristics of Juglans mandshurica, Fraxinus mandshurica, Huangpoluo, Tilia amurensis and Betula platyphylla showed that photosynthetic capacity and nitrate reductase activity increased with the growth of young leaves and chlorophyll content. Experiments show that during the growth of young leaves nitrate reductase activity and photosynthetic rate was positively correlated; the photosynthetic rate of each species in addition to the main factor of light, the relative humidity of air as the limiting factor of light energy utilization.
