根管治疗术是治疗牙髓病和根尖周病的一种有效的方法.根管充填是根管治疗三个步骤中的最后一步,目前临床上常用的方法是糊剂加用牙胶尖根充,因其操作的难度较大,使根充的临床普及受到限制.3年来,我中心逐渐采用热牙胶旋转推入式根充,现将两种根充方法比较,观察其临床效果.
