目的探讨氦-氧机械通气对大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)组织形态的影响。方法应用大鼠脓毒症性急性肺损伤模型,分别用空气-氧混合气和氦-氧混合气(Heliox)进行机械通气,进行肺系数测定以及肺组织炎症细胞计数,观察肺组织形态的差别。结果氦-氧机械通气对大鼠急性肺损伤模型的肺组织形态学变化未能产生影响。结论氦-氧机械通气不能改善大鼠急性肺损伤的组织形态,对大鼠急性肺损伤没有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of helium-oxygen ventilation on the histopathology of acute lung injury (ALI) in rats. Methods The model of acute lung injury induced by sepsis in rats was induced by air-oxygen mixture and helix-oxygen mixture (Heliox) respectively. The lung coefficient and the count of inflammatory cells in lung tissue were measured. . Results Helium - oxygen mechanical ventilation did not affect the morphological changes of lung tissue in the rat model of acute lung injury. Conclusion He-O 2 can not improve the morphology of acute lung injury in rats and has no protective effect on acute lung injury in rats.
