根据熔池温度受多种参数影响大等特点,提出了基于多传感器数据检测与数据融合技术的熔池温度测量方法。建立了待测状态时变情况下,基于最小标准差的多传感器测量估计算法。依据各传感器的测量值以自适应的方式寻找相应的权数,并讨论了估计标准差的统计特性,证明了估计的无偏性。分别对传统的算术均值方法和自适应加权融合算法进行实时处理并加以比较。理论分析和实验结果分析表明,提出的数据融合技术可有效地应用于熔池温度测量中。
According to the characteristics that the temperature of molten pool is affected by many parameters, the temperature measurement method of molten pool based on multi-sensor data detection and data fusion technology is proposed. A multisensor measurement and estimation algorithm based on the minimum standard deviation is established under the condition of time varying under test. According to the measured value of each sensor, the corresponding weights are found in an adaptive manner. The statistical properties of the estimated standard deviation are discussed, and the unbiased estimation is proved. The traditional arithmetic average method and adaptive weighted fusion algorithm are respectively processed in real time and compared with each other. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed data fusion technology can be effectively applied to the measurement of bath temperature.
