本文用气相色谱法，以正十五烷为内标，在１０％ＯＶ－１０１ＣｈｒｏｍｓｏｒｂＷＡＷＤＭＣＳ柱上，ＦＩＤ检测器，对丁香罗勒乳膏中的丁香酚进行含量测定，ＣＶ％＜０．９８％。
In this paper, the content of eugenol in clove basil cream was determined by gas chromatography with n-pentadecane as internal standard on a 10% OV-101ChromsorbWAWDMCS column with a FID detector. CV% <0.98%.
