针对连云港新海石化有限公司600 kt/a催化裂化汽油加氢装置存在运行周期短、辛烷值损失大且轻汽油需单独碱洗等问题,提出采用ALG汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术对原装置进行升级改造。本次改造增加了全馏分汽油预处理单元和重汽油固定床脱硫醇单元,取消了轻汽油碱洗单元。改造后装置一次开车成功,产品满足国Ⅳ标准汽油要求,并进行了国Ⅴ汽油试生产。标定结果表明:加工硫质量分数1 500μg/g左右的催化裂化汽油生产国Ⅳ汽油产品时RON损失小于1.5单位,产品收率高;试生产国Ⅴ汽油时RON损失小于3单位。改造后装置运行8个月以来,脱硫反应器床层压力降稳定,催化剂活性稳定性较好,可通过灵活调整操作来生产国Ⅳ或国Ⅴ汽油,产品辛烷值损失较低。
In view of the short running period, large octane value loss and light caustic soda need to be washed by alkali only, the 600 kt / a FCC gasoline hydrogenation unit of Lianyungang Xinhai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Is proposed to use ALG gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization technology for the original unit upgrade. This transformation increased the whole fraction of gasoline pretreatment unit and heavy gasoline fixed bed sweetening unit, canceled light gasoline caustic wash unit. After the transformation of the device a successful car, the product meets the national standard IV gasoline requirements, and the national Ⅴ gasoline pilot production. The calibration results show that the RON loss is less than 1.5 units and the product yield is high when processing the gasoline products of FCC gasoline with a sulfur content of 1 500 μg / g. The loss of RON is less than 3 units in the trial production of Ⅴ gasoline. After 8 months of operation, the pressure drop of desulfurization reactor bed is stable and the stability of catalyst activity is good. National IV or V gasoline can be produced through flexible adjustment operation, and the octane loss of products is low.
