人生遭际的无奈,使钱谦益向禅寻找心灵的静谧与人生的归宿,《绛云楼题跋》也就蕴涵了他对禅的感悟与皈依。于此,我们可以见到,钱谦益对禅,终其一生是既礼又逃,这是家庭熏染与其个人遭际的必然。钱谦益的禅,是圣道与践履的合一。因此,无论谈禅机还是论诗书画,都可见道的身影。借禅机声明自己对道的维护,无疑也为自己降清做了很好的辩护。基于这两面性,钱谦益入清后的逃禅与当时汉族正统观无疑合流了。他的这种逃禅,佛道、书本甚而酒中,几乎处处可见,为了故国也为了救赎自己降清。但是,以入世之心出世的他的逃禅终究是难以彻底的。研究钱谦益者少有关注其题跋者,更少言及其题跋中蕴含的钱谦益的丰富的内心世界。本文即从其《绛云楼题跋》中去寻觅钱谦益的禅,认识钱谦益,并弥补有关钱谦益研究的不足,提供新材料、新思路。
