目的:研究西洋参皂苷的降脂作用、量效关系以及对不同血脂成分的影响。方法:高血脂大鼠50只分成5组:西洋参皂苷高剂量组(135mg/kg)、中剂量组(45mg/kg)、低剂量组(15mg/kg)、阳性对照组(烟酸,30mg/kg)、阴性对照组(动物模型)。比较用药前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LD-Lc)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLc)、TC/HDL比值。结果:西洋参皂苷三剂量组均有降低血清TC、TG和LDLc作用,对TG降低作用较其他血脂成分强,而对HDLc则无影响。高剂量组的降血脂作用比阳性对照组(烟酸)强,中剂量组与之相仿,而低剂量组比烟酸弱。结论:西洋参皂苷有较好的降低实验性大鼠血脂的作用。
Objective: To study the lipid-lowering effect, dose-effect relationship and the effect on lipid composition of American ginseng saponins. METHODS: Fifty hyperlipidemia rats were divided into 5 groups: American ginseng saponin high dose group (135mg/kg), middle dose group (45mg/kg), low dose group (15mg/kg), positive control group (niacin, 30mg/ Kg), negative control group (animal model). The total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LD-Lc), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLc), and TC/HDL ratios were compared before and after treatment. Results: The three groups of American ginsenosides had the effects of lowering serum TC, TG and LDLc, and had a stronger effect on the reduction of TG than other lipid components, but had no effect on HDLc. The lipid-lowering effect of the high-dose group was stronger than that of the positive control group (nicotinic acid), and that of the middle-dose group was similar, while that of the low-dose group was weaker than that of niacin. Conclusion: Panax quinquefolium has better effect on reducing blood lipid in experimental rats.
